Coconut Oil infused with Gooseberry

Gooseberry (Amla) is rich in vitamin C and antioxidant properties. So Gooseberry nourishes the hair follicles and Coconut Oil leaves the scalp moisturized. It nourishes the hair inside out and seals the natural moisture of the hair in the hair.  Coconut oil penetrates through the hair shaft and reduces protein loss, which happens to improve hair health.

Ingredients

  • 5 gooseberries
  • 1 cup of coconut oil

How to prepare and use?

The first step is to boil gooseberries with one cup of coconut oil to prepare an oil-infused with gooseberries. Once the mixture is warm enough, pour it into a jar. Twice a week, take two tablespoons of this oil and warm it up. Apply the oil evenly distributing it in your hair with the help of a tail comb and cotton ball. Divide the hair evenly for better results and apply the oil on your scalp evenly. Massage it into your hair well. Leave it for an hour or overnight as per your choice, and after that wash it with a mild shampoo that has no sulfate in it. Followed by a mild conditioner. You can use this oil twice a week at your convenience and for better results.  

2. Black Tea usage for healthy strong hair

Black tea is rich in antioxidants, and it helps prevent split ends and free radical damage to hair. For those people who use a hair dye to color their hair, in order to restore the hair color and last it longer, black tea rinsing off through your hair when you take a bath is helpful. It helps darken the hair color and adds shine to your hair. Black tea is also known as a stress reliever, so it makes your hair free from the effects of pollution and daily stress.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of black tea
  • 1 cup of water

How to prepare and use?

Boil the clean freshwater with 2 tablespoons of black tea to make a thick mixture by reducing the amount of water through boiling to be half of the quantity. Let it brew while you set it aside, covering the lid. Once the mixture is cold, strain the tea leaves and apply the mixture to your hair and scalp. Massage the mixture into the hair well, and leave it on your hair for an hour. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo that suits your hair type followed by a mild conditioner.  You can use this remedy twice or thrice a week as per your convenience.

3. Curry Leaves And Coconut Oil therapy for hair

Curry leaves are rich in antioxidants, due to which they moisturize the scalp thoroughly and remove dead hair follicles. Curry leaves are also rich in beta carotene and protein content, which acts like a very beneficial instrument when added with Coconut oil. This is one of the best remedies for thinning hair. Coconut oil penetrates the hair follicles deeply and replenishes the scalp too, which gives nourishment to the hair from roots to ends.

Ingredients

  • A handful of curry leaves
  • 4 tablespoons of coconut oil

How to prepare and use?

Boil a handful of curry leaves with 4 tbsps of coconut oil and make a curry leaves infused oil.  Let the mixture of oil be cool down enough to pour into a bottle and close the lid of the glass jar tightly after you pour the oil into it. Massage it on your scalp and in your hair thoroughly for 15 minutes. Leave it on your hair for one hour or overnight as per your choice. Afterward, wash it with a mild shampoo that has minimal content of chemicals and use a mild nourishing conditioner. As per your choice, you can use this oil on your hair twice or thrice a week.

4. Coconut Oil combined with Lime Juice

Lemon contains vitamin C, and are super-rich in antioxidants that can neutralize free radicals and prevent hair damage, whereas  Coconut oil nourishes your hair and promotes hair growth abundantly due to its nourishing, moisturizing, and soothing properties.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil

How to prepare and use?

Pour two teaspoons of lemon juice into two tablespoons of coconut oil and heat the mixture for a couple of seconds until it is warm enough. Massage it on your scalp and in your hair thoroughly for 15 minutes. Leave it on your hair for one hour or overnight as per your choice. Afterward, wash it with a mild shampoo that has minimal content of chemicals and use a mild nourishing conditioner afterward. As per your choice, you can use this oil on your hair twice or thrice a week.

5. Castor Oil with Coconut Oil

Castor oil boosts blood circulation to the follicles. It contains omega-6 essential fatty acids that promote hair health and hair darkening, while coconut oil is moisturizing and nourishing practically.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of castor oil
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

How to prepare and use?

Combine one tablespoon of castor oil with two tablespoons of coconut oil and heat the oils together to make an aromatic blend, for a couple of minutes until it is slightly warm. Massage it on your scalp and in your hair thoroughly for 15 minutes. Leave it on your hair for one hour or overnight as per your choice. Afterward, wash it with a mild shampoo that has minimal content of chemicals and use a mild nourishing conditioner afterward.
