This is an extremely enjoyable snack. Once you experience it yourself, you will know what I am talking about.
1 cup of dates without date seeds
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup of chopped pecans
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 carrots medium sized, finely chopped (extract water by pressing them well)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 pinches of ground cinnamon
Salt and Pepper as per your choice
Put dates, oats, pecans and chia seeds into your food processor and let the processor combine them really well. now add carrots, cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt and pepper into the processor. Again, let all be combined and make a good thick paste. After that take a bowl and put the whole mixture into it. Make small balls of it. You can refrigerate them for a week or you could freeze them for a month or month and a half.
