Delightful Chicken Florentine

In this chicken is served with creamy spinach.

Ingredients

4 chicken breast boneless thinly sliced

2tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

Salt and Pepper as per your choice

helf cup finely sliced onions

3 cloves of garlic chopped

A pound or a kg baby spinach

half a cup thick cream

¼ cup cream cheese

2 tbsp cornstratch

1 lemon zest

Preperation

Heat oil in a large skillet; keep the heat medium. Marinate the chicken at least an hour before cooking with salt, pepper and, if you like, lemon juice and 1tbsp of melted butter. Add the chicken to the pan and cook it for 8 to 10 minutes while you toss it. when chicken is golden brown and it is done. remove the skillet from the heat.

Now in another skillet heat the oil and add garlic plus shallot; keep on stirring until they soften up and the fragrance comes out. add properly washed and chopped spinach and cook it until it softens. Now take the cream and cream cheese, whisk them together, add corn scratch and cook until it boils and all ingredients thicken up. Serve the chicken and spinach while you pour this cream on top. Relax and enjoy your meal.
