Ginger-Turmeric Tahini Dip

This Tahini recipe is a perfect fit to enjoy with roasted vegetables or to add to your flafel

Ingredients

½ cup Tahini

1tbsp grated ginger

1 tsp ground turmeric

2 clove of roasted garlic

2 tbsp rice vinegar

¼ cup water

Salt and Pepper as per your choice

Preperation

Whisk all the ingredients together well in a medium sized bowl. add water as per the thickness of the batter you require. Whisk and whisk until all is combined and turns into a smooth, sky paste. Put it in an air-tight jar, and refrigerate so you can use it at least for a week.
