Labneh with Dill and Jalapeno

This is so delicious that you must give it a try once. This is thick, moist, and gives a kick to your taste buds.

Ingredients

5 cups of low-fat plain yogurt

1 jalapeno Pepper sliced

1 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil

Salt as per your choice

1tbsp dill

2tbsp freshly chopped parsley or corriender

½ teaspoon of roasted cumin seeds

Preperation

drain away the water from the yogurt, using a fresh clean cloth. After water is drained from the Yogurt refrigerate the yogurt for 2 hours until it is thick and liquid free. Now take the yogurt out. and lightly toss all the ingredients in the yogurt. Your yummy labneh is ready which you can keep in the refrigerator in an air-tight jar for 3, 4 days. Put the dressing on the labneh every time you serve it.
