Luzat Gobhi (Cauliflower) Outstanding Recipe

Seasonal vegetables always add magic to the meals if cooked rightly. Cooking vegetables on a low flame in their own water content makes them even yummier.

Add cauliflower florets coated with cheese and a thick batter of besan along with your chosen spices. Add a bit of cornflour, too, to make the batter coating even more effective.

Deep fry every flow rate in hot oil till it is golden.

Now take two onions, 8 cloves of garlic, medium-sized ginger, finely cut, and chop all. Add some oil or butter to the pan as per your choice.

When the oil or butter is quite hot, safely add the finely chopped onion, chopped ginger, and garlic. When it’s about to be golden brown add two finely chopped tomatoes to it.

Now comes the blender or mixer work. Drain the oil and put the fried onion, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes into the blender adding half a cup of water to make a smooth paste.

Put this paste back in the pan where you have butter/oil in which you golden-fried all these ingredients.

Add some all spice mix, red chilies, salt, turmeric, and a splash of one big lime juice into the mixture.

After the mixture is reduced to half, add up the done flow rates of cauliflower into this paste. Toss well to fully cover each piece of cauliflower properly with the masala mix gravy you made.

Let it be on the low flame for 12-15 minutes. Garnish the dish with coriander and mint. Your Laziza Gobhi is tip-top ready as a feast for your taste buds.
