Go for fruits, vegetables, and whole-grain food.

4- Exercise Daily

With regular exercise and walking, you can improve your heart health, and this way the blood circulation in your body stays regulated too. It also acts as an energetic mood booster, so the person feels fresh and rejuvenated after exercise. Along with it, during exercise, when you perspire all toxic substances from your body drain out in the form of sweat, so it’s a great way to keep yourself fit and healthy.

5- Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle

At times, we are so wrapped-up in our world and daily doings that we tend to forget to take care of ourselves and take ourselves for granted. Not eating right, not sleeping on time, taking life way too hard as we should, sitting for long hours, skipping meals, eating too much fast food, and stressing about everything that’s going around us and in our lives, all lead to high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol problems along with many other health hazards.

Symptoms of High Cholesterol

One who is suffering from high cholesterol levels may not notice the symptoms at first, but if you notice your skin you can find clues of the problems arising because of high cholesterol levels. On your skin, you may notice red-colored or yellow soft bumps, especially around your elbows and knees and on your hands and feet if your bad cholesterol deposit is rising.

At times even your nose shows the same sign if you are suffering from a high cholesterol condition. Other symptoms, one may also feel chest pain, extreme tiredness, and fatigue. Shortness of breath, nausea, pain in the neck, jaw, or upper abdomen along with numbness or coldness in your extremities. Regarding Cholesterol Level, if the bad cholesterol levels in your body rise it can raise your blood pressure and can strain your circulation system. This may also result in blocking the arteries or narrowing the arteries. Your heart health can be highly affected if bad cholesterol levels rise in your body.
