This is a wholesome delicious meal recipe
10 ounces of whole wheat rotini
1 cup chicken broth
1 and half cups of water 2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 shallot medium sized chopped
12 ounces of asparagus cut into an inch peices
4 to 5 tbsp of lime juice
12 ounces of cooked shrimps
Basil leaves chopped to garnish Salt and Pepper as per your choice
Take a large pan, heat oil and add shallots; keep on stirring them until they are soft and the aroma in them is released. Add pasta, broth, water, lemon, salt and pepper, as well as chopped garlic. Cover the pan and bring it to a bowl. now reduce the heat and let it cook on medium heat. Check it every few minutes.
Add the asparagus and cook for another five minutes. Now add the shrimps and toss them well. Remove from heat, and enjoy with the garnishing, or any side sauce you want to have with it.
