Skillet Lamb Chops with seasonal vegetables

This dish is widely enjoyed. It’s not only delicious but is kind of festive too.

Ingredients

6 to 8 lamb chops

2 cups of seasonal vegetables, diced as per your choice

2 tbsp of canola oil

1 big lemon juice

2tbsp all purpose flour

1 cup of chicken stock

1 tbsp mustard sauce

2tbsp of unsalted butter

3 tbsp freshly chopped parsley or corriender

Preparation

heat oil in a large skillet. keep the heat on medium. add chops to the skillet and keep on turning them around on medium flame until they are golden brown from each side. With the help of the fork, keep on seeing the chops until they are tender and ready. Now remove it from flame.

Now add the seasonal vegetables which you diced earlier to the skillet; stir them until they are golden brown. It would take about 3 to 5 minutes. After that add flour to skillet and cook for another 1 minute; now add chicken stock, mustard sauce, salt and pepper; bring it to the boil. Reduce the heat and keep cooking for another five minutes.

The next step would be to take out the lamb chops from their skillet pour that warm sauce on the chops. Put butter on top, let it melt. Keep the veggies alongside your lamb chops and garnish with freshly cut parsley or coriander.
