Steak with Mushroom Sauce

This is a delicious recipe to have as your meal when you feel like being a bit festive.

Ingridents

Boneless beef steak, an inch thick, weighs about 12 ounces

2 tbsp grilling seasoning

2tbsp corn oil

8 ounces broccoli

1 cup frozen peas

1 cup beef broth

1tbsp mustard sauce

2 cups mushrooms

Half cup olives

2tbsp corn strach

Salt, Pepper as per choice

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the stack in the preheated oven in a pre-greasy try. Let it cook for 10minutes until the meat is medium rare. add vegetables to the steak pan and again put in oven for another 6 minutes. take all out and put aside. see that meat should be evenly done and tender.

Now to make sauce to go with the steak. Add mushrooms to the pan with a little oil and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes. When they are tender, put the beef broth, dissolved cornstarch, mustard sauce, salt, and pepper into it. Let it boil and thicken; keep on stirring. Now remove the reduced mixture of sauce from the heat. Serve meat with vegetables alongside this marvelous sauce to enhance the flavor of your meal.
