These nutrients in vegetables are essential for our health. Vegetables mostly have low calories and fat, so they facilitate our cholesterol levels too.

Eating a diet rich in vegetables and fruits. save you from heart attack, stroke, joint pain, certain types of cancer, thickening or clotting of blood, and much more. Vegetable intake is a good source of fiber, vitamins and potassium, which are all essential for healthy growth of us and maintaining it too.

So include vegetables in your daily meals, and reap the maximum health benefits.
