Watermelon and barriers salad

This is so healthy and refreshing.

Ingridents

7 cups cubed watermelon

1 cup fresh barriers of yourchoice

2tbsp freshly chopped mint

2 tbsp of lime juice

1 lime zest

Brown sugar, salt and pepper as per your choice.

Preparation

Combine all in a big bowl and toss until everything is combined and the flavors are sealed in the salad. After that, let it set for 15 minutes. Then serve fresh and enjoy the exotic flavor of this salad.
