Why Practicing Self Care is uttermost Important?

Taking care of yourself daily is very important. It’s a part of your self-worth journey and so is giving time to yourself can because it can do wonders. It might be the best gift you can give yourself every day. Here are a few ways you can take care of yourself every day:

Daily Facial Care

  1. Exfoliate with a gentle scrub
  2. Use a skin tonner in accordance with your skin texture and type.
  3. Apply a hydrating face mask afterwards and don’t forget to use hydrating eye pads.
  4. After removing the face mask. Apply a light moisturizer on your skin and apply some eye cream to Relax your eyes.

Daily Body Care

Take a relaxing shower or bath before you go to bed

  1. Exfoliate your body with a body scrub or by using a body brush. Apply body moisturizer adding a few drops of your choice of essential oil.
  2. Wear relaxing clothes and keep your body hydrated at all times.
  3. Drink plenty of water to make your skin glows from the inside.
  4. Think positive at all times to have a calm mind as it assures life longevity and a youthful appearance.
  5. We all are gifted with one life only so instead of regrets we should focus on all the good things in life and keep our faith Intact at all times for a wonderful future ahead no matter how tough life seems to be. As all what we think reflects on your body and looks.

Daily Hair Care

  1. Wash and Condition your hair regularly but do not overdo it
  2. Apply hydrolyzed-products and leave in the conditioner to make your hair look great and nourished
  3. Sleep on a silk pillow case as this way your hair won’t break while sleeping at night
  4. Comb your hair with a wide-tooth comb for good blood flow and always take care of your scalp too.
  5. At night never tie up your hair too tight. It can lead to hair fall and hair damage.  

Daily Hand and Feet Care

  1. Give yourself a mini Manicure and Pedicure daily
  2. Keep your Nails in shape at all times
  3. File your nails when required
  4. Buff your nails daily
  5. Soak your hand and feet in warm water for at least 5 minutes daily
  6. Moisturize and massage your hand and feet daily.
  7. Use foot scrub in your daily routine.
  8. Scrub the heals of your feet daily
  9. Buy a foot massager if you can. Foot massage gives relief to foot pain.
  10. Wear comfortable shoes.

Daily Dental Care

  1. Use a whitening tooth paste daily. You can make your own DIY teeth whitening products too but make sure they are entirely safe.
  2. Brush your teeth twice a day as must. And if you can, brush your teeth after every meal. Daily flossing is very important.
  3. Don’t eat food which can stain your teeth, if you do, then always brush your teeth after that.
  4. Never compromise on bleeding gums. In case do a visit to your dentist to find the solution ASAP.
